This has to fall under griefing

At about 10 am cst, on Turbine Chicago +, 4-5 scouts on the same team just hang out round after round, game after game, hitting each other in their own spawn. Now, this might seem just for giggles, but it basically cripples their own team, and just plain ruins the whole experience in the whole server.

Now I am not bothering to report because I think this does not fall under the definition of griefing for server rules, so if it does, please correct me.

Yes, it does fall under griefing if that's the only thing they've done the entire time they've been in the game.

Names and steamids? I've banned multiple people for this in the past

If you check my screenshot folder on steam, the last 5 pics have the names on them over every scout. I will upload it later when I get the chance.
