Note: This account might have been hijacked. Most phishing attacks like this will hijack your Steam account, and then the scammer uses your own account to lure more people into the trap. This user might not actually be responsible for the attack, however until he can get his account sorted out with Valve, he is unsafe to trade with.

Update 9/17/2012

This one goes a bit deeper than once thought. The alt listed above also left the exact same rep on known scammer 76561198052296110, who is currently using the name oC//HeartSh0ck. Currently, 76561198069179622, a friend of 76561198052296110, is using the exact same avatar. 76561198069179622, however, is using the name IMM » BraveHeart. In the evidence shown above, "BraveHeart" is the same name that was used for the scammer that had the fake rep posted. 76561198052296110 is currently on 76561198010668187's friend list, as is 76561198069179622.

This may seem a bit confusing, but this update is in light to 76561198010668187 (person reported in this post) attempting to appeal his SKIAL SCAMMER tag. Once I looked at the profile and alt account, it became apparent to me that this went far deeper than originally suspected. All of these accounts are linked to suspected fake rep schemes or are alts of each other.

This is still being investigated. Until further notice, none of the accounts mentioned in this post are safe to trade with.

Update
The user submitted a screenshot (included above) indicating that he did, in fact, make a trade with the scammer. The trade occurred more than a month before the rep post was made. At the time of this trade, the scammer Shizke traded with (76561198052296110) was not tagged on SteamRep. The rep post was also posted before the scammer tag was applied.
