This is why I don't use Steam chat as a primary method of communication.

It goes down every Tuesday afternoon for at least an hour.

Was the web chat ever affected, if you happen to know of.

Seems like I learned something, Steam is as dependent as crits.

It's back up for me. Should be coming back online for everyone shortly.
