If I merge the 2 threads, these will come in front of your OP in the new thread (arranged by time).

Well you can leave it for dead or moderate the two how you see fit. If you want to merge them I can always copy/paste/edit the OP from the other thread to be the one on top.

This will be the central discussion at Skial and anyone can sign up on the forums provided if they want to play.

I merged and left a redirect that will expire in 1 hour.

i do have a setup of a story i was writing, if anyone is interested it has a good setup, i think

Feel free to submit something to me if you want to see it incorporated, but I would edit it to fit the campaign and my own ideas of direction. To keep the story more engaging, I am doing a lot of setup "behind the DM screen" so to speak, so that people won't know what it coming most of the time.

How are we doing the dice rolls? Are you using a website or rolling for us.

You want to collaborate? Flesh out the setup a little more.
it has a sci fi-ish beginning though, the human race and another alien race need to flee to a new planet as their planets are dying so they agree to go to one planet together Terhi(name can be changed) the humans decide to leave their technology behind to start anew, the other race which i have not named yet are a lot more magical and are like elves but have double the pointy bits on their ears(can also be changed if wanted)there are halfbreeds which are elves and are very disgraceful to the other race(but they have a lot stronger connection to magic than humans) i kinda forgot to mention as i am writing of memory, the reason why the other race is magic and humans are not is because humans went the technological path instead of a magical one. i was also thinking of the planet having natives but i don't really know how they'd look like or anything. anyways most of Terhi would be a jungle-ish terrain, ofcourse this would happen thousands of years after both races have settle(for dungeons to be old and exist with an reasonable explanation) they have also brought their own species of animals and plants incase the native animals and plants couldn't be eaten by them(for another logical explanation for why there could be boars or something like that)

i am wrote this in the order i remember it,this can be fleshed out better later, anyways that is the gist of it(also this would be the first time i'd be RPing)

There may not be dice rolls. If you were to take any D&D encounter and try to execute it via standard rules on a forum, you would be in one encounter for probably days as you wait for everyone to respond. I have to think of a way to effectively execute combat. It may have to come down to DM decided outcomes.

Also, although my main experience is in D&D, this will be a large step away from that in pretty much every aspect.

We could go off of a "First come first served" type thing, first person to respond to the battle gets to decide the other actions, although if someone responds with their action within a day of the first persons response, they can decide what they want to do.

No. That's like punishing people for being busy and making things confusing. Don't like that idea 1 bit.
