......^You see that? That little jerk is pissing me off, I had to run GC with compatibility admin rights once, and when I turned it off, that little fucker remained.
Long story short, can anybody tell me how to remove that goddamn shield?
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
;Remove arrows from shortcuts
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InternetShortcut]
"IsShortcut"=-
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile]
"IsShortcut"=-
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\piffile]
"IsShortcut"=-
Save the file as CleanIcons.reg
dubble click on the file and allow the changes to be made to the registry
reboot the pc to see the result.
This will remove the arrows from desktop-icons and it should also remove that shield
I have never seen that shield myself, because i already used this .reg file in XP
and it also works in win 7
