I have emailed them and asked them what that means and when they reply back ill post it here.
I just posted what that means are you dumb? Just look up the first quarter it's not that hard.
Also it means they're not sure when they'll have them all ready to be shipped just that they hope/plan on being ready sometime in the first quarter
Here is what the company emailed me.
Dear Devin,
The Team Fortress 2: 7" Deluxe Action Figure - Pyro Limited Edition is still on preorder, meaning we have not received it yet. If you see other retailers that already have the item it is because they placed their order with supplier before us. Suppliers fill orders from retailers in the order in which they are received. We are still waiting for ours to arrive.
When you log in and click view my preorders that will show you the items that are on preorder that we are waiting for them to arrive. Our site shows that the item is estimated to arrive sometime this 1st Quarter 2013, meaning it can arrive anytime starting today until the end of March.
When our vendors provide us with a clearer date as to when we will receive our shipment, we will make sure to update our website.

That site is the wholesale site, so you wont be able to order a single item from it, just bulk for retail.
