It's not illegal, but it's a direct violation of Valve's Terms of Service, and every one of those accounts could very well become disabled the instant that they're sold.
Also, I can almost guarantee you that each of these accounts was hijacked. There's no legitimate way that somebody would acquire this many separate Steam accounts, each with such a variety of games on them, without it being stolen. It looks extra suspicious when he registers this account very recently, and the only thing he posts is a bunch of possibly stolen Steam accounts for sale, and doesn't link his own Steam account to his Skial profile. After a quick Google search, I found that he's doing this on several other sites, as well.
I'm deleting the post, and I'll have a chat with OP. If he can prove that these were legitimately obtained somehow (if they were sold through eBay, he can show me the eBay posting/confirmation of purchase and the account login names to verify that they're "technically" his), I'll undelete the post and allow him to try to sell these. But otherwise, under the current circumstances, I'll have to assume that these accounts are hijacked, and I won't allow somebody to sell stolen Steam accounts here.
Any other mods, feel free to undelete this if you disagree with this. I saved the OP if you want to restore it.
