Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:The Best Ever initated a voteban against NAM TRON, claiming he was griefing. However, no other players appeared to have complained, and no evidence was there to suggest NAM TRON was in fact doing such a thing.
In addition, there is a probability The Best Ever is in fact Gorlami, a previously banned player from earlier today. For one, he has displayed remarkably similar behaviors to Gorlami, going into an "all-caps rage", and often shouting "Rekt". This was also done by Gorlami, in addition to several other statements that are similar, if not identical to Gorlami's statements. The Best Ever also is apparently a new player, and does not have his Steam Profile set up. This may or may not be a marker, because if it is Gorlami, it is entirely possible that he may have created a new Steam Profile in order to circumvent the ban, and not have set up the profile in order to make it even more difficult to prove he was in fact Gorlami.
Another rule violation conducted by Gorlami was the use of slurs against a particular sexual orientation. However, I am aware of the fact that many Skial players do use such terminology, and as a result this rule may be more difficult to enforce.
Unfortunately, I do not have a direct screenshot or demo from within the game session itself. I am unsure if logs are available, but if they are I am sure they will confirm the statements made.

I am aware that I am in no position to make any calls for administration or moderation decisions, but as a player of Skial, and most frequently going onto the 2FORT+ NY Fast server, I would recommend that the staff conduct an IP ban against The Best Ever and Gorlimo to prevent any further violation of rules.
