Is it only me it wont work after the steam error?

No site that checks your backpack is going to work when the Steam network is down. TF2Items may still load up cached versions of your backpack, but none of them can check the current status, since Steam's API returns errors to sites checking this data.

Not completely. Steam chat was working, but a major part of Steam Community, as well as the TF2 Item Server, were still offline for a few hours after the chat network was restored. For a while after chat went live again, you were able to load TF2, but your loadout wouldn't load, since that part of the network was still down.
