Is he talking about how a soldier can hold the rage by double clicking m1 and holding it on the second click
 
Idk some of those are really good but the few that bother me are especially the pholg and the supply lock fix gonna have to give a -1
 
I don't think the Banner "bug" is even a bug. I always thought it was strategical to hold down the mouse until you find it necessary to deploy.

I feel the same for the FoW showing the marked for death symbol above cloaked spies. The symbol is supposed to act like jarate or fire, alerting the team to where the spy is.

There are a few others that are iffy as well, so -1 from me.

One of the handful of reasons is because some of these 'fixes' aren't fixing bugs in the first place. For example -

"Fixed the Demoman not needing your help, you know"

Granted it may not be a good way for the demoman to show appreciation, it still isn't a bug.

All the other reasons can be found by reading through the comments in that thread. Just seems too iffy to me
