When in Advanced Settings they should be in a column on the left hand side of the screen. Titled QoS Upstream and QoS Downstream. If you don't see it, then Telus must have stripped the firmware and removed the options for it. If that's the case, hate to say it but you'd just be shit out of luck lol

Edit: Did a little digging. Seems they hid some options. Try this login and see if the menus appear
