Picture TF2 kill cam bug

Take note of the 'killer name' and 'nemesis'.
Seems to be random yet frequent.
Anyone else getting this?

I get that often. Pretty sure it's because of my custom HUD.

Usually it goes away soon after connecting, though.

I don't use a custom HUD or anything, this also just started 1-2 days ago

I rarely get it but it only happens like 1-2 times then stops for the rest of the game
