i know, and just partially agree, i'm not the only one doing this, trust me, otherwise do i need to ruin and forget this account? new laws want steam to make games re-tradeable, after binding one to an account, so you don't have to just look to a game in your library ,which you absolutely dont need anymore, for a lifetime. and since this is not an available way to sell a game, i must sell the whole account, illegally though, with less than half the original value, cause these games where already used and i will find nobody who perfectly need all the games in that account (IE: someone could just need just CSS or CoD:BO instead of all the games, so nobody would pay the whole account price just for playing 1 game on it).
Edit: Regarding laws: i paid for all the games and i should be able to do whatever i want with them since they are mine, as i can sell an used pc/video game/electronics components, i (we) should be able to sell these games too, steam does not allow this. this is the motivation of the laws shortly.

Still , the Steam Laws and Rules do not allow you to sell accounts . It is illegal . Don't think anyone should buy it .

I would like proof of the statement in bold, also the next generation of consoles is going to be the same way once you put a game on the system it can't be used with any other system, it cuts down on game sharing.
