Expand on what you mean by "won't let me pay him back". Did you attempt to add him and he declined? Did you add him, have a conversation, and he declines the key? I see your comment on his profile, I'm curious as to why he would decline, if you cannot answer that can you show proof you sent a trade to him containing the key?

Have screenshots of the trade any messages and so on with the individual just saying he did this or that does help.

i can try, like i said i dont see him at all anymore, so all im trying to do is just send a trade(but not atm cause 15 day trade hold) and send him friend requests

Can you send screenshots of you sending him a trade? You do not need to add him, just have proof of actually attempting to repay the individual for the amount you ran with. If you need his trade URL I can grab that for you.
