Why should you be unbanned?
I did not say anything pedophilic, I was stating that their was another person who texted me and was saying pedophilic things to me on steam. I was stating a point because I got comm muted for 30 minutes for 0 reason, so I was asking why I got muted and then there was another player who kept talking to me. So i said i dont know why you guys muted me when theres legit another person texting me saying pedophilic things about minors. I never have said any kind of slurs, nor have i ever said anything pedophilic so i dont understand why I was muted for a week, I have been playing the server for the past 2 months and ive played every night and almost all night every day since then. Never have had any kind of issues, So I dont understand why I've been muted for "pedophilic stuff" when ive never said anything related to that. I believe this is a false report on me and a false ban. Please explain what im being accused of saying because ive never said anything that wasn't allowed in the server; nor do I have any intention to start saying things that arent allowed. I'm a very loyal person in the server and I have added a ton of people who enjoy playing with me on the server, I can put a ton of names of loyal people in the server as well, and they would say I've never caused issues in the server, nor have i said any kind of slurs, and ESPICALLY have never said anything "pedophilic", i wanna go back to playing the server with enjoyment but being muted for a week for not saying something and being reported because someone did not like me basically is very wrong, please help me understand what happened that was not allowed. Like i said i was talking about how another player was sending pedophilic things to me. thank you for your time and patience and I hope things get solved, because this is very disappointing being muted for something I never said/ or did. I would love to speak to a skial moderator to explain things in better detail as well.
 
The person who was saying and texting pedophilic things was also changing his pfp to pictures of me, and being very weird and making me uncomfortable. His name was "button". then the person who i believe reported me was named Mr. Lupin. He kept saying why dont u screenshot it and report it and i said I plan to but im just trying to play the game. and he said im reporting u for false accusations. he called me a pedophile when i never said nothing pedophilic. i was saying that sm1 else was being a pedophile. I have no understanding of why I was reported and/or why Ive been muted for a week.
 
I was on the phone with my girlfriend the whole time, I just can't believe im being muted for a week and accused for something like this. I believe you need to take action to the player Mr. Lupin for falsely reporting another play for pedophilic actions, thats a crazy statement to make to someone who never said anything. (is there any proof that i said anything related to what im being accused of)????

it was for "pedophilic accusations" towards another player that plays in the server and there is video evidence of you accusing that player.

according to the report you were asked multiple and several times to upload a report or speak to one of us admins and bring it to our attention.
and kept saying that they sent you pedophilic messages or some sort of pedophilic stuff they had done.

yet you never:

1. posted a report on the forums .
2. stopped accusing that certain player of being a pedophile.
3. showed evidence saying he was sending you messages outside of the server on steam .
4. brought it up to an admin's attention or sought for help from one.

we take pedophilia very seriously and there is no tolerance for it and its not allowed across our servers, as well as its accusations.
therefore, if you accuse someone of being a pedophile and either delay or not provide evidence of this sort, you will receive punishment for it.

unless you actually provide evidence of the player being pedophilic and sending you pedophilic content that would also help us to ban them off our servers, I will not be lifting your mute, and it will stay as is for the remainder of the week.
 
the pedophilic messages were over steam, and I lost the messages when i restarted my pc i tried to take a screenshot but it wouldnt screenshot so i restarted my pc but when i started it back up the messages were all gone so i didnt report it. plus i figured since i no longer had any evidence that I couldnt report it. but i dont understand why im being muted for someone else saying things outside of the server. That was another reason I didnt report it was because nothing was said in the server it was said on steam outside the server. So it didnt have to do with skial. the person was just on the server.
 
so i got muted for someone else saying something outside the server? that makes 0 sense. thats like someone saying something in another game but gets banned in a different game. I have been a donating person on the server since i started playing and never have had anyone complain. So i believe this is a biased ban and that i am being wrongfully muted.
 
and from what i remember i was no longer accusing the player, i was trying to understand why i was muted. the only reason the player was brought up was because I was trying to figure out why i got muted and not him. when he was the one who was harassing me.
 
i figured i could not report it since I no longer had any sort of evidence, I had full intention to report it to the skial staff but i was told I needed to have evidence or it would be a false report. So after i reset my pc in order to take a screenshot of the pedophilic messages being sent to me, all the steam messages were gone.
 
Messages for chat are stored temporarily in steam’s servers for around 2 weeks. A restart wouldn’t delete them.

thats not true at all. because if u close out everything like i do when i restart or shut down my pc, everything disappears. So because i x'ed out of everything in my task manager and restarted it nothing saved. i thought the same thing when i restarted my pc. i thought it would all stay.
