Why should you be unbanned?
i have never played on skial, though i got a perm ban for "Proxy IP", i live in melbourne, victoria, aus. i got unbanned apperently than once my dynamic ip changed, i got banned (got this from the ban list) i have no idea why my ip got flagged, nor why there are so many bots on casual, kekw

Proxy IP had nothing to do with it. You were banned for cheating. We do not remove cheating bans.

what?? i never even played on the server, you can see my gametime n everything, and no, it clearly says i got banned for Proxy / IP; can you please give more information?

Upon investigating your IP, there is an account https://steamcommunity.com/id/077343u/ that has a recent game ban from a couple days ago. Looks like you tried to connect with it to the servers recently. Given that and the other Steamid that you provided that was also banned from aimbot, it looks like you are a repeat cheater and trying to dodge by changing Steamids and IPs.
