Why should you be unbanned?
There's zero evidence to suggest that I ever used anything offensive on a skial server. I don't see how this is a valid ban reason considering they have yet to prove that I have ever been on the server using inappropriately named weapons - because I've never done that. I am aware I would be banned pretty quickly for doing that and that's why I don't do it.

The fact that my previous appeal has received no response in so long is pretty ridiculous. I did nothing to warrant a permanent ban with zero warning.

Yeah, I don't think having items in my steam inventory is a bannable offense. I'm not using them on your server so I'm not breaking your rules.
 
Please refer to your last appeal you admitted to using them and have the items which is against steam TOS also posted in the appeal.

Please remove them if i lift the ban and you use them it will return to a ban/ Anyone can report them to steam.

If you want to take the risk then that be on you and won't be lifted if spotted on the servers

There is no evidence to suggest I ever used the items on the server. If I actually used them on skial then I wouldn't be appealing the ban - that would be stupid and the ban would be deserved. This ban is wrongful because there's no proof I ever broke the rules on your server.
 
There should be zero issue with me playing on the server. Simply permanently banning me because you went to my steam profile to check the contents of my inventory is absurd.

Yeah, that proves absolutely nothing. I said that to deter someone from harassing me and sending false reports... which I reported them for, which ironically only got me banned. I refrain that I've never used any of those items on the server and that a *permanent ban* is entirely undeserved.

Incorrect, it shows you pointing other players in the server to racist and discriminatory items, acknowledging that you use them, and that doing so could get you banned.

The permanent ban can be removed - you just need to show us proof that you have changed or deleted the inappropriate items.

I don't see why it's necessary for me to spend money on more nametags (or waste money by removing them) for this reason. I'm entirely confident in that I won't be using them on skial and that I also won't advertise that I own them - once again I will point out that I only announced this in the chat to get a griefer to leave me alone - and that it was not an ordinary circumstance by any means.
 
If the only way the permanent ban is going to be lifted is me removing or renaming the items in my inventory, then please save me the trouble by expressly stating so. This whole thing feels like a grossly disproportionate amount of retribution for a chat message.
 
Simple answer remove the weapons / rename them and ill lift the ban, you do not even come across as you care and the names are against steam TOS so remove them or play elsewhere

There are more names in your weapon list now from then that show you haven't learned
 
You wouldn't want others to view you as uneducated and hateful now would you? Take this as a chance to start improving as a person and delete inappropriate material

The offending items have been removed. I'd really prefer if you didn't take me appealing a ban for the second time as an opportunity to insult my intelligence.
 
No one questioned your intelligence you made that clear with the names you used and the fact you removed some of them not even listed you known full well what you was doing. I will lift the ban but make sure to follow our rules and steam tos unlike us you can't easily appeal a 65 year ban with them.
