Why should you be unbanned?
Because I don't think "Nicaragua" has anything to do with the N word nor does it sound like it.
As an example: if somebody would say "Frankfurt" or "France" would they get muted for saying the F word (fag*ot) ? I did not know if that would be considered homophobic?

Apologies though, I need to think before I say shit that someone might think was with ill intent

Well I agree with that, I don't remember what I was talking about in the clip before that or after, but I know that I was not even trying to dance around the word. Even people that dont like me in the server (because i talk too much sometimes) said this was a bit of a stretch. Mind you this fella locul is hella homophobic AND racist. Also didn't he try to speed up the audio in the clip in the report to make it sound like i was saying something else? Im not crying victim or whatever, but I do know for a fact that he does this in spite and not because he actually cares about the environment. To make it seem like "Nicaragua" is even close to that word is insane. Theoretically if someone was talking to a bunch of gay people (as myself) and claiming that they can say the f word to us (fag) but they use a random word that starts with an "F". Would that be muteable?
So if those very few people that dont like simply for me being gay, dont wanna hear what i say. Just fucking "!ignore" my ass and quit crying after they tell me I shouldn't have been born, i should get the rope etc. Not for any of these "racist words", but simply because I am me. I never threatened anybody, I never bullied or made fun of anybody in the server, I have not intentionally said anything nasty to someone that hadn't first done it to me.
Im not claiming im an angel or a saint, it's just that i feel it's unfair when I sincerely never intended to offend someone or say some racist bullshit. Yet he sits on a video/audio for a week and make up that I pronounced it in a diff way than i did or had ill intent. When his "friends" say it in the server, like Baptek, Juan, Erik for example. He ain't doing shit to stop them actually saying racist words and homophobic slurs etc. Excuse the bible but I say what I said periodt.

Report them if they make such claims. You shouldn't have to put up with it.
While slurs can be self-inflicted, it's a universal expectation not to say them regardless. There is your culture and Skial's culture.
If you're on Skial, you gotta follow Skial's rules. That's the way it is.

you've used that same excuse on me from the last time someone reported you, if someone else is breaking rules you're free to report them, not complain about why you got muted instead when you were breaking rules as well.

so yeah, this isn't helping your case, nor does it show any sincerity from you.

you can sit out the next 3 weeks and reflect on your actions in the meantime.
