Why should you be unbanned?
i was banned for "new IP from Banned STEAMID". i dont understand this, can someone explain?
i would like to be unbanned due to my pc getting a RAT virus and uses an alt account on my PC and it got me banned.

Yeah...no. People behind RATs don't give a shit about cheating on TF2. That is worthless. They want your personal info. They want to make your machine mine crypto. They want to spread the RAT. They are not going to waste their time and resources cheating on a free game.

A new IP address was detected from a banned steam ID. In other words, your account is banned on here but you connected to us from a different IP than the last one we saw you on. Therefore we updated our info.

Your initial ban was for connecting less than a day after a cheater we caught on the same IP. Looking at the connection history this was very clearly you on an alt.

Skial has a zero tolerance policy about cheating. You'll have to play on other servers.
