Why should you be unbanned?

I would like to remove this ban.
The first reason is my SteamID3

This is important because SirDapper quotes “Which server did this happen on? TRADE | US”

If this took place on Trade US why hasn’t a time stamp or proof of this happening been provided. Because it didn’t happen on Trade|US. All the events being provided took place on discord servers. SirDapper had lied about this nothing happened on Trade|US or Skial/Skial Discord.

Another observation that wasn’t submitted. Where are the details of the other user that was on Trade|US? Where is his ID? His session logs comparing we were on Trade|US? The interactions with each other?

This ID3 is Dancing_Fairy09 user that reported me on backpack.tf Also know as WalterSD.

The only time we were ever on Trade|US server at the same time was 12/28/2023. If you take my logs and scroll down you will see 04/30/2023 this is closes date provided. When the event happened ten months ago and on Dancing Fairy end of the logs he has no dates related to that month of him being in Trade|US.

There was a time where we were both on Trade|US. Nothing provided makes any connection between me and him being on Trade|US at the same time 10 months ago when the event took place.

The event actually took place in a discord server called TF2 Community. Tf2 community is where I met the user. The situation happened in discord dms. Also I was given a negative rep on backpack.tf. The negative rep was appealed 3 months ago.

The evidence provided by SirDapper about WalterSD aka Dancing_Fairy09 is not fully provided. Here is the full chat log:

That was the full story from start to finish. I will explain what happened by repeating the same statement I used to remove my -rep 3 months ago:

“7 months ago I was inexperienced and didn't understand what exactly happened. There were no listings on backpack.tf for either of our items. This all took place on discord. I wanted to trade for his hat and I offered my most expensive item but he said "I was overpaying". This confused me. How do I trade for a item worth more than 150. If he said that 150 was too much.

I had nothing else to offer, so my lower end items were offered. I was not sharking I only made my offer based on what he said.”

Yes, the screenshots are real. Same screenshots were used to give me a -rep. I used the same screenshots to remove my -rep.

Offering on an item doesn’t make someone a scammer.

SirDapper: ”I only present the images above as a merit of character for this report and the user it's depicting. Someone who knowingly lowballs offers.”

Character doesn’t prove someone to be a scammer. The facts prove if someone is a scammer. Lying about facts and not providing all information. On the subject shows the character of SirDapper.

SirDapper: “repeated desire to shark users for their items. Additionally, whenever confronted they claim "I am not a shark as I am not banned anywhere"

There are no other events, only what happened between me and WalterSD.

To summarize I never sharked anyone and this event didn’t take place on Trade | US. SirDapper lied about information to get me banned and provided falsified information. That backpack.tf deemed not true. I’m not a shark please remove my ban thank you.

They have an issue with me, their evidence is the same that falsified and as stated before making an offer on someone items is not a scam.

When I was trading with user Walter SD, I said in my report that I met the user in TF2 community. Walter posted a trade ad that was how I discovered him. So because your inventory was smaller the 300~ key unusual was only worth 50 keys?

How is it falsified? I have seen multiple screenshots of you saying this situation did take place. On top of that, making an offer on someone's item isn't a scam, however lying about prices is considered "sharking", which is also not allowed. While the demo-fro is arguable for price (however 45 keys is much higher than it would sell for) 50 keys on the kabuto is blatantly wrong. Buy orders are 4-5 times as high than what you valued it at.

So please explain how you arrived at 50 keys on the kabuto. Having an inventory that is too low to purchase the item is not an excuse as you directly told him the item was worth less than what it really is (by a gross proportion at well).

I can provide that answer to you from BrightZones own DMs.
This screenshot is from the DMs provided in Noszelias' response in the bptf report form. For reference, Noszelias moderated the community he was banned from. After the evidence was provided, BrightZone stated this:

in an attempt to be unbanned.

He attempted to 1. Blame to user for why he "lowered his prices" claiming the user said "he was offering too much, so he offered less" and 2. Directly stated that yes, he attempted to shark or deceive the user in the transaction. They show no remorse in their actions towards the user, only remorse in being banned/caught, similar to what is happening in this thread now. I hope this information helps.

And if you think there was a slight chance they were reformed after this, less than two months later here is a screenshot of BrightZone attempting to shark scrap metal off of someone by offering below b/o for vaccinators:

While this is not nearly as big of shark attempt, it shows how low BrightZone will go to shark a few scrap metal off of someone.

@TheBrightZone if you could also elaborate and explain these situations as well.
 
I'll be declining this appeal for now. You knew what you did but tried to come up with excuses, I don't think you're sorry for anything but simply inconvenienced by the ban. Maybe this will change in 6 months or more?

TheBrightZone: Excuses? I find the comments that you guys have replied with as excuses. You have decided to disregard anything I have said in my appeal. The Steam ID3’s, Time stamps of being on Trade|US. SirDapper lying, Provided the other user information, Me saying the screenshots are real. The full chat log of discord dms, my explanation of the situation and backpack.tf appealing my rep.

Skial, I know this situation is real and it did happen. Not once have I denied it happening. But the fact that users with many negative reps and even some with steamreps reside in skial with ease without any restrictions or repercussions. Yet one situation that happened 10 months ago. Where the information was appealed and deemed falsified. Was brought up resubmitted changed and manipulated to make it work toward Skial. And you’re saying I’m making excuses? This completely undermines any definition of reasoning or even any explanation that you actually considered my information provided. At least look at what I have provided, Thank you ~TheBrightZone.
