Why should you be unbanned?
this is the 3rd time I've been banned for no reason and all I am told is that I have been IP banned even on my own home IP which I know no one has cheated on because im the only one who plays games in my house. I've done nothing but play the game I don't install cheats and I don't know why I keep getting banned.
 
You need to read your first appeal again. If you connect from a public university IP, there is a strong chance you will be banned again.

I will unban you this one last time and I suggest that you do not use a university IP again.

will do my dorm is a shit storm anyways and dont think ill ever go back to it
