Why should you be unbanned?
Ban given wrongfully, admin's reason states 'Multi hack' despite the fact I have never used any hack, never cheated, zero vac bans on my account. I have always played legit on Tf2. Slightly suspicious that I might have annoyed some player on the server somehow, who had some admin connection or is an admin, and clearly, a case of admin ban abuse.

Clearly when something doesn’t go your way it’s automatically “admin abuse”.

We trust all of our admins to make the right decisions, but nobody is perfect. This is why appeals exist.

My review has been complete...


I've reviewed the demo in full, and my judgment has not changed despite you dying a load of times. Every shot you hit had no adjustment to aim to it. Your shots snapped to people, you tracked invisible players and looked at people through walls before peeking at them. Every last clip I examined was a yellow or red flag apart from you dying. Let's for the sake of argument assume you were not cheating however, I want you to explain every play-by-play and what you were doing and how you did it, how you managed to hit shots or identify players.

For a start, I am very confused. These are not my clips, I do not even own these items in the clip. I do not, and have never owned a killstreak australium embassador or a botkiller knife, I do not have a Puffy Provocateur cosmetic. Could this be a clip taken from a player with a similar name, that was confused with my account?
 
I have over 7k hours in this game, and whoever this player's clips are from, I agree, that is definitely a cheater, no doubt about that. However, as said, those are not any items or cosmetics I own, I can link my backpack to prove that. This is a extremely bizarre situation, I do not know how that has happened, but this other ... guy is not me, I don't know why the ban has landed on my account, instead of his.
 
Yeah it doesn't show you playing turbine at all in event logs I believe Inferno was given the wrong steam profile with the demo file accidentally on the report because you share the same name

No problem, apologies if I sounded a bit hasty on the admin abuse call, but this came out of nowhere and was
quite frustrating, and I had no other reasons to guess why that happened other than that. He sure nailed down a hacker, but it wasn't
the right person banned. Thankyou for looking into the appeal and have a good day.
 
My apologies, I got linked the account directly from the reporter, since you were playing at the time and shared his name I assumed it was you since the reporter is a trusted regular. I’ll make sure to double check next time, sorry for the inconvenience.
