Why should you be unbanned?
I don't see how my gameplay can be decisively declared as cheating. I have had a repetitive record of having lagspikes especially at evening hours in my time zone, spiking above 100 a multitude of times. I've played many games past seasons which have clear examples displaying my flicky aim, which could, understandably, be misunderstood as cheats from a demo pov.
