Why should you be unbanned?

I want to appeal a mute please
I am permanent muted but i don't know why
I have been a long loyal skial player for many years and rarely get muted
But suddently I found out im permanently muted
Can you help me please?

Non were racism no way im not a racist
And for a period of years that's not much
And all of them were votes 30 minutes and never by admin
Because I say Rekt too much?
