Why should you be unbanned?
Hello, I just recently came back to my college and I ran in to the same issue I had last year at this college where it seems that the public wifi is blacklisted and bans anyone that joins on it. Just as proof, https://www.skial.com/threads/tf2-appeal-pissman.103419/ this is the thread I posted last year on the same issue that Kalashnikov had helped me deal with. Unlike last time though, I have not used a VPN since I got here nor before at my own house. I think that I had been rebanned by the blacklist as now I am in a different building than last time, so it may be a different IP address but is still blacklisted? I would greatly appreciate help with trying to rectify this as skial servers are the ones that I spend the most time playing on with TF2, and I apologize if this is causing more unnecessary work. It may help if you ask KalashnikovA who was in the previous unban appeal that was able to get it working for the remainder of the time I was there until summer. Does it maybe consider these IP addresses at my college VPNs because there are multiple people connecting from it or something like that? Maybe that helps but I don't know.
