Why should you be unbanned?
My reason for being banned was "LINKED: New STEAMID from banned IP" which i am not sure what that means, I usually play on these servers when there are bots on and I was banned for a reason im not entirely sure means
If someone could help me understand why i was banned that would be much appreciated

I do not have an alt account i used to connect to, this account is the only one i play on.
I do HAVE an alt account: https://steamcommunity.com/id/ravenunderground but i never play on it (or even connected to your servers)

when i first joined the server i was banned on I was queued for casual and when i got into your server i connected to that casual server immediately which was unfortunately filled with bots, so i joined back to your server and got banned. I don't know if that's correlated but that's how i can recall what happened

Your story isn’t adding up. You made it sound like you regularly play on these servers, but that’s not what I’m seeing from the logs.

The alt you provided, “Chris” is similarly named to one of the alts banned for cheating, named “chris23.” That account has a VAC ban on it as well.

I apologize if i made it sound like i regularly play on the servers, i do not, I usually only play casual. Which is why i am confused to why i was banned.

I do not know of the account "chris23" chris is also a common name. You can check ip's or whatever magic you do but i only play on my alt for l4d2 and only sometimes tf2

Ok, it looks like you were able to connect to the servers, on one occasion, before an IP change without any issue. I will give you the benefit of the doubt.
