Why should you be unbanned?
My Brother Recently Gave me His Account after going to University
and has apparently been banned from these servers
after doing what the ban appeal thing told me to do it says

SMAC NX1

i have no clue what this means i just want to play with my friend from school is there anyway where i can get this reverted?
I'm fine with doing whatever to get it reverted as long as its not to delete the account or inappropriate

It means his gaming skill was subpar and thus downloaded and used cheats on our servers.

We do not unban hackers accounts or associated accounts.

my friend doesn't trust other servers and casual is apparently full of bots

Not really no, there is no way we can prove you was not the person that cheating on this account.
There is also a chance they could return (if they existed) and ruin the fun of our players and now it seems you.

though i wouldn't ruin the fun of others since i understand how that feels when i play other multiplayer games
