rightfully banned for exploiting; i was using the "record a; stop" source bug to headshot that invisible spy on the ticks mentioned
i feel that i've served my time, seeing how it was 2017 and i was 16...
i have a lot of friends who play on a bunch of skial servers, i'd just like to join them. for the record i'm a competitive league player (https://rgl.gg/Public/PlayerProfile?p=76561198120789856&r=40)
a good reconsider would be appreciated.

This cannot really be confirmed and it happened a long time ago. You should have appealed immediately. So, we're going to have to keep you banned. Otherwise every player who might use wallhacks could just claim the same thing if they got caught for shooting at spies

With respect, since it was never confirmed that I was cheating, it also means that it's possible that I was not cheating; this should be a totally neutral situation. This is just one report from a random player who does not play anymore. I have not been accused of cheating before or since this situation, and in this case, it is my word against theirs. I did not appeal at the time because I did not understand the importance of the timeliness of appealing, I was young and I did not realize how this would affect me in the future. Since that time, I've been busy pursuing my TF2 goals and I am now a reputable high-level competitive 6v6 Invite player, and I have accomplished this without EVER being accused of cheating or exploiting. With this, I play alongside other reputable top level players who can vouch for me if need be.
I'm sorry for any trouble this has caused, but this means a lot to me. I would appreciate a re-evaluation of this situation, and I am not against joining a voice call or having other admins look into this case if appropriate. Thank you for your time and consideration.
