The original IP ban was from 2013, which at the time I was in a shared apartment building with a shared connection, and as you may know, multiple devices on the same connection can share the same IP address. The account you linked has no relation to my account. I still maintain that I was falsely IP banned, and the account that got the IP address banned belongs to someone else that was on the same network.
