Why should you be unbanned?
This is too much of an exaggeration. 3 months for "micspamming" is something that is just ridiculous. I was telling people to F1 dr_ancient_memes, it passed through. Right away, I get muted for "micspamming". Which, was fine. I understand that people found me irritating, but in my eyes I was doing nothing wrong.

When I logged back on, I realized I was still muted. And I was muted for THREE MONTHS from CONSOLE. Hell, I just got back into TF2 recently (if you could tell by my votemutes / votebans) and I already get slapped with a 3 month mute on skial. This is just stupidity. When I logged back on, I realized I was still muted. And I was muted for THREE MONTHS. Even Nova, who was muted alongside me got a 1 day mute. "Consecutive Mutes / Bans in a role increases your punishment" is not applicable, as if you look into my mute history, I've only been manually muted 2 times (not including this one) and both for 1 month. For different reasons. Plus, as stated before I have returned back to TF2.
I'm asking for my mute to be removed or lowered by a huge amount. This isn't something that should happen for a small occasion like this. I want to enjoy DR, enjoy surf, and not being able to vote my favorite maps and what not.

After being silenced so many times by vote, one would think to stop, but you didn't. and just kept on going anyway.

We have a rule against micspamming here and you clearly don't seem to care about that at all, as Stanley already said. Why should I consider lowering your mute or unmuting you if you are probably just going to keep doing it?

I came back to TF2 after a long time, which you can tell from my activity. I wanted for a specific map to be voted, and I understand that people can find me irritating, but I just want to play the game and have fun. I didn't think I was mic spamming. Then, I was vote-muted. I understood this, but I don't understand a 3 month mute for something so small and unnecessarily complicated. For the silenced by vote, most of them are a hoax. I'm asking for my mute to be removed or lowered by a huge amount. I want to enjoy DR, enjoy surf, and being able to vote my favorite maps and what not.

Thats not why you were muted. I don't know what your old votemutes were for excatly but your current mute was given to you because you were clearly micspamming loud noises in VC. If you at least acknowledge this and give our rules a read I might consider lowering the length on your mute.

You realize that you have a TON of vote mutes right? That’s why you said you had only two manual mutes. We take that into consideration when adjusting mutes. Obviously, the server finds you annoying on a regular basis. How you have come to not realize that is beyond me.

Also, don’t act all snarky by saying “can you read this”. If you had the slightest bit of situational awareness when you decided to be bothersome again you wouldn’t be here.

If Lizzie decides to adjust your mute and you start your shit again I’m going to permanently mute you. We are not going to babysit you. You are capable of intelligent thoughts and actions.

I already clarified that most of the vote mutes are a hoax, believe it or not. So don't act like you know better then me. I know what I'm doing, and I don't need for you to repeat what Stanle and Lizzie, the rule book, and a thousand other people said. So, please. Stop.
Now, Lizzie, I already know Skials rules. I've read through them a bunch of times. Also, that was me "mic spamming" in the VC. I already acknowledged that people may be frustrated with the use of my voice chat, but I did not mean to use it for an intent to disturb and irritate others as I already said. Please lower or remove my mute.
