Why should you be unbanned?
I don't understand the exact purpose of this IP being banned, but it is the IP of the university's WiFi; if your servers' policies dictate that it should be banned anyway, then that can't be changed.
However, based on the message, that doesn't mean that the actual IDs have to be permanently banned, in which case: I have no bad standing with skial, and would like to play on your servers on the university WiFi, or at least be unbanned for the sake of playing on other IPs.
