Why should you be unbanned?
Though I am disappointed by the circumstances of my silence, I understand that rules are rules, and so long as those rules are in place, I will stand down, own up, and take responsibility going forward. From this point on, I will refrain from micspamming, as I do not wish to have any more problems with silences. My only reason for doing this was to provide entertainment, usually in the form of music and other comedic sound clips, to other players of the Skial Surf server, many of whom were enjoying and requesting it. I only wanted to give these players a good experience, I truly meant no ill will. I now understand that this is not an excuse for violating the rules, and I realize I took my privileges for granted.
With that said, I enjoy having interactions with many of the regulars and friends I’ve met here, and given the strong support I have received since yesterday, many feel the same way for me. Losing the privilege to do that, both on text and mic, solely because of my infractions on the mic, honestly stings. So, between the choice of giving up micspams, and permanently giving up all communication, I choose to quit micspamming, with the hopes of avoiding further offenses and preserving my ability to speak.
With this in mind, I apologize for any troubles, whether from myself or other players on my behalf, that have occurred, and I hope to have my name cleared so that I may be given another chance.
