Why should you be unbanned?
I was talking about Tiananmen Square and banned with no warning for griefing. Nobody attempted to server ban me except this one admin. I was playing pyro and spy checking (very successfully as I dominated two different spies) and I guess he was also a bit mad that I got in his scope range. This is the only time I've seen admin abuse on an otherwise great server than I have donated over $100 to. I tried to communicate by voice that there was spy behind him but there was no response, I do not believe this sniper speaks English.
 
Here is a screenshot from a couple of minutes before the ban, I'm not exactly being an unproductive member of the team. A simple request to please stop doing something would have been a perfectly reasonable form of communication.

Allow me to get a bit more specific here. The period of time in which I interact with this sniper (immediately preceding my ban) is about 45 seconds long. During this time at least enemies attempting to kill him are neutralized including 2 cloaked spies. After the sniper died the interaction ceased and I was banned shortly after. I must reiterate again that blind spy checking yielded a domination on one spy, and many many saves prior to this and my actions were at worst mildly irritating. There was one earlier part where I jumped in front of him while yelling "there is a spy behind you dude turn around" but I cannot find video of that.

Again, I assume he has voice enable turned off as I justify my actions. I would like to attach larger clips but the limitations of this server force me to show stills from this 45 s period. I must again emphasize that an admin who is neither communicating with their microphone or responding to audio by text or microphone is sort of unfair.
 
I'm not sure if its a processing delay or what but I am not going to continue to attempt to upload these photos for the sake of anyone monitoring here. They were just stills from the 45s interaction period showing me successfully killing a heavy and igniting a spy during this brief interaction period. I would suggest that in 45 seconds of perhaps disruptive action that protecting the sniper twice is worthwhile. Again, any request to cease from an admin or any user would have been honored. I will attach URLs to these images, if this is prohibited again I apologize.

On further analysis of the 45 s interaction period, only a cumulative 15 seconds of vision were blocked, again this yielded two kills.

If this ban was based on my prior criticism of the Tiananmen Square Massacre of 1989 or referring to Xi Jinping as "Winnie the Pooh" well I'm certainly not going to apologize for my criticism of the Communist Party of China. At no point was anything I said or did racist or inappropriate.

I should mention that I play uneventfully on Skial servers for hours per day including over an hour today prior to this ban.

This will likely expire before this process yields any meaningful resolution, so I wish you a good night.

I'm not the one who banned you but I can say that this isn't the case

I'm certainly glad that we can agree on the CPP.

Since his hasn't been resolved yet I'll provide some further analysis. I was pyro for a period of 14 minutes that I started after a spy problem on the battlements. As mentioned before only 45 s of this involved close proximity Soo and only 15s in front of him. I ran a path through the battlements, out front, and the courtyard.

During this time I got the following ignitions/kills: demo, spy, scout, demo, scout, scout, (i get backstabbed here and then killed again my ambassador while patrolling,) spy (then killed by second spy,) pyro, scout, spy, spy, demo, scout, scout, pyro, scout, spy, scout, demo, spy, spy, pyro, scout, scout, spy, spy, heavy, pyro, heavy, spy.

I should also mentioned that the two spies running a constant assault on the battlements were sometimes killed by the other patrolling units like another pyro and a heavy. If he thinks that 15 s of obstructed vision is irritating, he certainly wouldn't like the 10+ backstabs I prevented (+more maybe from deterrence?) and similarly large numbers of demo blasts and scout bonks.

If anybody is so inclined we can go on discord sometime, grab some popcorn, and watch my replay. Otherwise I'd like to be pardoned even after the time expires as a matter of principle.
 
We sadly have to wait for the one that placed the ban to handle the appeal as they have all the information and facts.

Who in the chat do you figure would be triggered by references to the CCP? There was nobody in voice or chat there who should be offended by this. Bringing up Canada is absolutely absurd. Canada may have a dark history of residential schools and other abuses, but we don't have a million human being in concentration camps as we speak. We do not harvest the organs of minority religions and political dissidents. If there is a policy against political diatribes make it clear, a great way to do this would be to actually tell the person to stop.

On that same note though, if somebody did want to criticize the way we treat our indigenous people or our arms sales to Saudi Arabia I would be all ears.
 
I suggest you read 8 - 6 -4 of the concentration camps and bare livable standards because of some ethnic hate, you referenced tan square which is several years ago same as the other items, and as you admit you treat the indigenous people badly same as ccp do its own people likewise still today.

The problem is you are on your soap box telling china to stop doing what they are doing but ignoring the vast issues in your own backyard, they won't listen to it as the term goes "You aint got a leg to stand on". But it proves a point you want to bash others to get a rise but get upset when others critique your own nation - keep that in mind when you target others when the skeletons still have flesh - and people may likewise get offended this is why i said to keep politics out of games it's meant for fun and those on a game can't do too much about it or risk talking about it or risk going into the concentration camps you complain about, a lot try and fight back where they can but anyone can report that person for a reward and watch them disappear and as someone that has visited, worked along side people of china that live there - it's always on egg shells and looking over shoulders for nose parker wanting some free cash.

Now just reflect and wait for soo, i just ask you try and keep thing civil on the server worlds bad enough as it is.

You blasting fire in the face of the sniper and continuing after he had ignored you both in chat and physically for whatever little time you claim showed the intent behind your actions. it only happened to be cut short because I acted quickly regardless of the coincidental assistance you believe you may have provided. To add further context, the sniper in question was the ongoing topic in voice chat for giving the opposing team a hard time regardless of them friendlying or not.

As for the Tiananmen Square Massacre chatlogs - you were attempting to harass that sniper further, likely with the idea of them getting forcibly disconnected via ISP, or incite some reaction. I ignored this whole portion since you were ignorant to believe the player to be related to china in some sort of fashion when their name is in Japanese.

Sniper was me btw.
 
The video clearly indicates a period of over a minute where I had moved on to other gameplay before the ban took effect. You are incorrect.

I have no objection to killing friendlies, I have hours of video of me doing this, and a flamethrower called the friendly fire-er.

I can recognize Japanese characters, because of my Japanese fiancée of 6 years. My grandfather was from Hong Kong so I don’t think you’ve got a leg to stand on there.

If you want to justify your terrible admin abuse knock yourself out, I will take no further part in this discussion.

I will obey all server rules.
