Why should you be unbanned?
I have no idea why I received another permanent mute. Pursuant to an agreement made with another admin, seen here (https://www.skial.com/threads/tf2-appeal-kr0nicle.111908/), I have not only kept up my side of the bargain to refrain from offensive slurs, and also thoroughly studied the rules and have adhered to them to the letter of the law. I received a mute/gag at random and I am asking for clarity as to why that is. The only reason I can come up with is that I was engaged in an argument that was dominating voice chat. Can someone tell me what I did wrong?

You were muted for verbally attacking a person on the server. You've been muted before for not adhering to the rules that are clearly stated and were given multiple chances. Your last permanent mute was supposed to be reduced to three months but was removed instead. Based on your history and the many chances that you have been given; I see no reason to unmute.

Why did you feel it necessary to harass somebody because you thought they weren’t a girl? Do you not have anything better to do or do you think you’re funny?

We call that toxicity. It’s in the rules.

Do something better with your time.

"toxicity" is highly ambiguous and is a blank check to gag/mute for people that anyone wielding a banhammer doesn't like for whatever particular reason, so forgive me for questioning the motivations of the admin who left me with a permanent mute. I could say my favorite color is green and still receive a mute for "toxicity" if admin discretion feels that it is actually blue. I hope you see my point.

I would suggest that if there is certain topics that Skial feels are off-limits or otherwise touchy subjects, that they amend their rules to explicitly cover such topics (specifically, transphobic remarks) given the nature of both voice and text chat as they have explicitly done so regarding sexism and racism. If it's not an obviously (as in, "listed in the rules") bannable offense, I'm going to assume that said discourse is acceptable, and so are many other regular players. Apologies to any feelings hurt as to what I said and I understand that it could potentially cause players to leave Skial entirely regardless of whatever argument I was embroiled in.

Once again, I am asking this mute to be lifted with a mutual understanding between administration and myself, now that this miscommunication has been resolved, and with the understanding that this kind of talk is not tolerated by Skial admins.

From the rules: "Examples are listed. But just because you don't see something here does not mean it is not included. Every single thing is not listed because the rules are so long that most people don't read it all and we cannot think of every possible problem."

Looking at your logs, it looks like a combination of toxic/harassment. Also looks like a form of gender discrimination which is clearly spelled out as against the rules.

The rules are pretty clear and most players follow them by just being decent. We aren't going to give thousands of examples for each rule. We don't "ban/mute if we feel like it" either.

There's seldom times we ban for toxicity because most people can control the inner child in them. You obviously can't and know damn well why you got permanently silenced in this case. You chose to continue to harass another player for no good reason other then making yourself feel better.

Judging by your previous mutes I can guess what your personality is like and I know you won't change your behavior.

They're not "pretty clear", they're so vague and ambiguous (and prone to admins with power complexes abusing their own roles as authority) that I can't help but feel like I'm neither the first nor last to wind up in this situation without recourse.

That is absolutely ridiculous as your chatlogs clearly show that you intended to be toxic and discriminatory. This appeal is closed since you show no insight, or ability to improve insight, into your behavior.
