Kalashnikov and I were watching a bunch of videos and demos of you playing, and it was very clear that you were using cheats.

Hello, this is the original report with the demo, still available to download if you'd like to review. https://www.skial.com/threads/julio-silent-aimbot-and-aimbot.109148/

Here are the shots that stand out the most: (Harder to see at 100% speed, but things become clear at around 20-25%)

Tick 15400. You're clearly not aiming at the pyro when you fire your shotgun. We can see your bullets fire out to the corner and then your aim snap and catch up - silent aimbot.

Tick 17300. Not even aiming at the demo. You fire, the rocket comes out, your aim snaps sharply to the demo, and then sharply back to its original position - silent aimbot.

Tick 32000. Your aim is not yet on the soldier when you fire, yet bullets hit him and register damage, and then your aim starts to snap before you die - silent aimbot.

I also think I should note that during the session, I was having frequent ping spikes that would take me from 30 ping to 100 ping. This might of affected how my gameplay looks in the demo.

The TF2 spectate system isn't perfect and lag can affect what we perceive in a person's demo. But, there does come a point where things become impossible without the help of 3rd party software.

The article you posted appears to be from 11 years ago, and since then there have been changes and optimization on to TF2. One example is to silent aim. My understanding is that, awhile back, silent aim used to allow people to fire at someone without ever aiming at them. This has since been changed, and we can now see in demos the characteristics of silent aim. Nowadays, with silent aim, a person snaps to a person's hitbox and back to the original location. This happens very fast and is hard to see without slowing things down.

What were seeing in the demo doesn't point towards bad ping or lag compensation (or lack of). We're seeing hard snaps characteristic of silent aim. In the referenced demo, 17300 ticks, you're not aiming at the person when you fire. Then we see a snap to the hitbox after firing, a hardstop at the hitbox, and a snap back to the original location.

Well what ever you say, you might think im aimbotting, but i'm not. Im just being falsly accused. I don't have any recordings of the session, so I can't show my legimacy. I have lost this appeal.
