Your other account has been banned for having an inappropriate weapon name, which you renamed during the game earlier. In order to lift the ban, you need to make your inventory public and rename or remove the custom weapon name. You can post the evidence here.

I will still warn you about trying to evade a mute / ban with alternative accounts, like you did here, as well for your 30 minute mute. I didn't say anything and let it pass because it is your first offense however next time will be longer.
