Why should you be unbanned?
I admit I never read the rules and didn't know what was allowed and what wasn't but I was also wrong to say something gross and accuse someone of something they shouldn't have had to hear I think a week is excessive and my previous bans weren't me being racist towards someone, the first time was a jojo's reference Nigerundayo and the 2nd one was when my friend joined and i was typing really fast and shortened it in 3 letters and nobody was bothered by it besides the one constantly checking text chat then i received a day ban as well. so I don't think it should be a week It's a comm ban and i'm not expecting to get it 100% gone but would to at least try to get it to 1 or 3 days since now i've read the rules, never meant to be mean towards someone and play on skial pretty often

regardless of that, that's not what you were muted for.

and pedophilia is not taken lightly, i would have given you a 3-day mute and kept it that way, but pedophilia/accusations of pedophilia are the most serious offences we don't take lightly and have to be taken care properly.

pedophilia in general is a permanent ban/mute, accusations about it are typically 1 week even if it were first time offences due to how serious they are.

So why should your appeal be accepted?

Because i've acknowledged that if i want to stay in the server i should've read it so i did i know i can't just get 100% unbanned after reading the rules when i finally get in trouble but i've read it and wanted to apologize and take accountability to at least get it lower
as for the pedo allegation/lying about saying nga multiple times that's 100% on me and was before my first comm mute i wasn't aware of what was allowed and what wasn't but i still see that it was something i shouldn't have even tried tbh Mae Day did see it as offensive and it was wrong of me but nobody harassed him after or took me serious which is why i think i should get a lowered mute since i don't even plan to interact with him from here on out

As I have been brought up again in this, I believe I have full right to respond here. I said it on numerous instances that it was offensive and a bypass. The server literally displays the rules to you before you even get to class select each time, its common sense to not use slurs in most social settings like these.

how can you be trusted that you wouldn't say the same thing towards a different person, when you're stating that no one thought it was anything serious or needed to be addressed?
