Why should you be unbanned?
It says I was banned for exploits, and I know the page says exploit bans will not be undone, but I was not hacking and I can assure it for a few reasons.
1. I'm not that pathatic
2. Wouldn't want to risk vac ban and account loss
3. If I were to hack I wouldn't do it on good servers like skial and blackwonder
All I was doing was playing the randomizer x10 2fort server and got a really nice loadout, soldier with heatmaker, lollichop for pyrovision, and cozy camper allowing me to basically take flare damage and not flick, see all players better, and easily headshot them with the heatmaker, doesn't make it more difficult when the enemy team only ran in straight lines and mostly didn't go for me(a few spies in exception). But that aside, concerning connection issues my internet fluxuates a lot. My guess is that I had a large lagspike, and the 2-4 people I headshot in that time triggered SMAC and therefore banned me. I know it would be making an exception to the rule, but only if I were hacking, so technically, unbanning me isn't breaking your golden rule of no unbanning exploiters. In all I just want to play on your guyes servers. Sure the ones I want to play are usually full, but when their not and I actually get to play the map I want with somewhat competent players its fun. Either way it is your choice.

No, it says SMAC NX1 which means you were caught by our anti-cheat system. This has nothing to do with exploits. Skial has a zero tolerance policy about cheating. You'll have to play on other servers from now on.

Like I said before, I wouldn't cheat knowing the risks, and I beleive that the detection caught the quad kill in the lag spike.

Actually, I'm just going to sculpt the scenario, I spawn as a soldier with the hitmans heatmaker, cozy camper, and lollichop, as you know pyrovision makes everything easier to see, I run out of main spawn on 2fort and to the battlements, I headshot 2 people a few people, 1 on the bridge, 1 on the battlements, and bodyshot another on the battlements. Then I start lagging and charged bodyshot a medic, headshot a spy and heavy, though not killing as he had to retreat, and kill a soldier charging up a body and then just unscope bodyshotting him. I then notice that none of those kills were in the feed and go back to spawn and wait until they do, I go to the my side area before the bridge and kill an engineer and his mini sentry, Retreat back to spawn due to the damage of the mini and other enemies and on my way back a teamate heals me with the medigun. Now the only unexplained part about this is that I headshot people fairly often, I also miss and bodyshot fairly often, but mostly headshot, thats because I have around 400 hours on sniper, Because hes a very fun class that doesn't have to worry about much. And consider that the main rifle I use is the heatmaker, especially in MvM. If this still isn't enough then tell me what to explain and I will. I was not cheating, hacking, exploiting, any of it. I tried to politely ask with a few solid reasons and I got an impolite and foggy response. So here is my full show of the entire accident. I have been using Skial servers for years as well as blackwonder. I dont care if you think your SMAC "NX1" system is great, beacause everything has flaws. In fact about a year ago I got banned from Blackwonder servers for aimbot....with scouts pistol. I did exactly this, answered all their questions. and proved my innocence as scouts winger is a one shot on all x100 servers. I would also like to point out I was banned from skial during x10 randomizer. Where litterally anything is possible. Tell me what to explain and I will give you a clear answer(unlike some people). Even if I was hacking, for what purpose, why, what would cause me to cleanse the fun of others to where they cannot win under any means. In your answer, dont just say "Skial has a zero tolerance policy about cheating", tell me what said I was cheating what it thought was cheating. If getting really lucky and hitting 5 headshots in one life is cheating then you guys have a lot of false bans. If its because I got 4 kills in the time of a second due to my lag then thats uncontrollable by me. So please, im eager to hear your response.

You had no packet loss. It tripped more than one of our anti-cheat systems. We don't divulge much for obvious reasons of people trying to find a way to beat our systems. I will bring it up for internal discussion but I would not hold my breath.

This looks like more than a quad kill and we have a hard time believe you can pull something like this off while lagging.

27 kills in 6 minutes is uncommon for you? Also I said the quad kill was in a single lag spike and then I stopped, and like I eluded to I main sniper, so having such a good setup especially including pyrovision alowing me to pop off, my warm up was MvM earlier that day
