Why should you be unbanned?

I am not sure what this means. Did i get banned because i connected without turning off my vpn?
I have not recieved any bans or warnings prior to this nor i have i used any cheats.
Atleast give me an explanation to why i got banned out of nowhere.
 
You connected from a VPN that assigned you a previously banned IP address. I will unban you this time and strongly recommend that you do not use VPN in the future.
