Why should you be unbanned?
This is my second time getting banned for "New STEAMID from banned IP," which is caused by me living on a military installation.
Unfortunately, the big list of requirements to join the Army has "Don't join a terrorist organization," and, "Don't commit murder," but doesn't include, "Don't cheat on TF2 servers because it'll ban everyone in the barracks."
