Why should you be unbanned?
Hello, I want to file an appeal to unban my account. I am now playing under a different IP address, and on another device, on the past I have it unbanned, please unban this device as well.

I don't know what you mean by "on the past I have it unbanned" because you were never unbanned. Your old IP was unbanned when you connected from your new one. You were banned for cheating on an alt. Skial has a zero tolerance policy about cheating. You'll have to play on other servers.
