Why should you be unbanned?
I been banned 4 and unbanned 3 and all for the same reason that i Don't know of.
If you can if me understand what going on if would be nice to know.

Looks like you were cheating on some alts back in 2016. We unban your old IPs so the next person who gets assigned it doesn't get screwed over by your mistakes. In our system it looks like an unban and reban, but it is only for the IP, not you. Skial has a zero tolerance policy about cheating. You'll have to play on other servers.
