Why should you be unbanned?
I didn't do anything wrong. I'm not sure why I got banned.
It says the reason I'm banned is "New STEAMID from banned IP".
Does it have something to do with the fact that I don't have a static ip?
I also had connection issues. I asked for some help on reddit, here's the post.

I don't use anything. But I don't have a static ip.
Every time I restart my router I have a different IP.
Could that be it?

There's no way to prove that you are not the hacker since you both connected from the same IP address, and it's a residential IP address, and not a VPN.
