Why should you be unbanned?
I've done literally nothing wrong? The console says that I was banned for using a new SteamID from a banned IP, but I don't know my university's wifi counts as being bannable.

Someone in the university is banned for 6 months for having a lot offense. You were affected, I will lift you ban. Please refrain using the WiFi from there.
 
Alright.

I've played on numerous community servers before run by big names like blackwonder, wonderland, cutiepie, and skial obviously, but this is the first time I've ever been banned based on my internet connection. I know for a fact that cutiepie's console bans players based on IP. Perhaps this is something skial mods should look into?

Let me elaborate. This IP you are using is a shared IP, a University internet. Someone from from there was banned for 6 months, and since you guys share the same IP, you get affected by it. You need to refrain from using the WIFI from there or you will continue getting banned. There's nothing we can do to keep that specific person banned and you unban, unless you stop trying to connect to the WIFI from there. I lifted your ban again.
