Why should you be unbanned?
I stated that I would be checking if the automod would detect miscpam, since El Mexicano's sourceban stated that it was a CONSOLE ban at the time, seeing as the admin was directly communicating with the server with their complaints shortly after, they could've just said told me that it in fact does not detect micspam. As for the voteabuse, everyone in the server was clamoring for that one kid to be votemuted, as he was making annoying noises and we has votemuted him once before. Either way, I promise to quit with the micspam, and to only use the vote system when absolutely necessary. -twerp

Hello,
I don't believe your automod story. You know it is against the rules to micspam and were testing the waters to see if you could get away with it without getting caught by an admin.

As for the person you tried to votesilence. He is obviously young and wasn't breaking any comm rules. You and your friends were ganging up on him, bullying verbally, and then each of you taking turns vote-slay/ban/silence him. It is hypocritical to harass him and then turn around and try to silence him for an illegitimate reason. It is also hipocritical for you to micspam garbage and then try to votesilence someone else that isn't breaking the rules.

If you want any chance at all in this appeal, you need to own up to what you did, accept responsibility, and promise to follow the rules.
