Why should you be unbanned?
This isn't the first time I've been banned but it's the same as last time, the problem was the public Wi-Fi and recently I moved and went to another public Wi-Fi and I'm banned again. I know the previous guy said I shouldn't use public but sadly I don't really have a choice still. Sorry if it's an inconvenience for you guys.
