Why should you be unbanned?
Hello, good afternoon, I just hopped in a server and was instantly banned, the reason for the ban says "LINKED: New STEAMID from banned IP" I think it has to do that I changed ISP and the IP is banned? I know that "I don't know" isn't a valid answer, but I want to contact someone and at least talk about what happened because I'm really confused about it. I never cheated, and I'm a silent player, etc. Thanks regardless

This account was caught aimbotting with LMAOBOX by SMAC and by Valve.

You connected from the same IP address as the hacker, along with this account (https://steamcommunity.com/id/JARFOX/), and it was a residential IP address so someone in your house was hacking.
I understand, and no, I'm not related to this person, what happens is that Mexico ISP's use shared IP's between users, even if they're not living in the same house.

If that's true then Mexico's ISPs really screwed you over because we have no way to confirm that you are not related to the hacker, other than by having the same residential IP address. You could just be lying to us and saying that you're not related, but in reality you are, and there is no way for us to verify any of these claims.

Perhaps you should petition the Mexican government to regulate the ISPs so they don't give you the same IP address if you're not in the same house.

Well then, I'm really sorry, thank you for replying
