Why should you be unbanned?
I know i already created a ban appeal before this, and i totally get it if you guys still wont welcome me, i just wanted to say I really am sorry that my brother cheated on your network, and promise that i will never let it happen again.

I checked your panda community appeal and you made some good points, But Skial, does not tolerate cheating.
