Why should you be unbanned?
as i've stated before i completely agree with the reason why i have been muted, but not as to why i've been gagged, i'm gonna keep playing on skial servers and i've never said anything wrong in chat nor have i spammed it, it would just make my stay a lot more enjoyable if i could use chat again, i have previously discussed this matter with staff on the forums but once i started making sense they closed the discussion

Once you started making sense? You never made sense. You had multiple opportunities to clean up your act and you didn’t.

Players who break anything relating to chat or voice get a silence. We’re not going to babysit you and wait for you to break another rule.

I’m going to give you a chance to have your silence reduced. Explain why after multiple silences you didn’t stop micspamming?

I’m going to leave it to @Luigi123 to accept your reasoning and if he does it will be reduced to 2 months starting from today. If you break any rules after that you will never be allowed to appeal.

I will go ahead and lower your silence to 2 Months so you can enjoy chit chat with everyone in our servers after that. This will be your last chance, if you do this again your next one will be a permanent silence.

@Zeo i'll explain why i didn't stop micspamming after the first warning, and this is not an excuse for anything, i'll just explain why i didn't stop: i mostly played some music when the trade server was almost empty so i wouldn't bother too many people because i would find it annoying myself if someone were to micspam, bit hypocritical of me i know, but this is how i enjoyed myself, of course it's against the rules and i knew this, just trying to pass life having as much fun as possible, i'm sensing a little bit of hostility and dislike from you guys but i don't blame you, most people who micspam are c*nts and maybe even i'm one too, but no hard feelings from my side, i do thank Luigi for giving me my chattin' ability back though :)
