Why should you be unbanned?
i completely agree with the reason why my voice communications are blocked, but it's sad that i can't even type in chat anymore, if i could just get ungagged but not unmuted, that would make it a lot more fun to keep playing

You have a history of micspamming, which is against the rules. You get both muted and gagged. People could chat spam if they get muted, so it’s safer silence the player. @Luigi123 will handle your appeal when they get the chance.

I’m so sorry but I think you have enough spamming over the mic for the final chance and I also notice you have previous punishments for this same reasons. You never learn your lessons from your mistakes.

is there no way i can do something to reduce my sentence? because i really do love the community and would love to be able to use chat, i agree that the punishment fits the crime, but i never said anything wrong in chat

As what @Feral Angel stated above, we wouldn't be able to ungagged you only and leave the mute punishment alone as it could causes the players to spam the chat when they get muted.

there's a couple things that don't make sense to me though:
1. you guys have an anti-spam for chat, so spamming the chat is not even possible
2. you're seriously keeping me gagged because there's a possibility i might spam? might as well gag everyone then, who knows they could start "spamming" at any moment!, i'm just saying that makes little sense :l

Spamming the chat is possible, its very easy to do. This statement is just wrong in so many ways.

Those who break the rules are more likely to repeat said action over another who listens. Chat and mic are a privilege on the server. Those who have lost that privilege are those who do not follow the rules, and those who are able to use it are the ones who listen and don't cause trouble.

In short, don't break the rules and this situation wouldn't have happened. This isn't the first time this has happened to you (Nor the second or even third). You should be more than familiar with the rules yet you continue to break them. That's why the mute and gag remains.
